Update 9.14: The Vanilla Backport Update.

As the name suggests in this update i've added a ton of stuff that comes from more recent versions of minecraft.

And i did this by just enabeling almost all of the stuff in vanilla backport, still left somethings out, because i didn't like it very much, but everything that's still disabled just boils down to some foliage introduced in spring to life.

Also added some other stuff, like Geophilic Backport - Vanilla Backport Compact and Van Backport Compat, to have a more unique pale garden and apply the backported stuff to modded biomes.

Also added Modded Omelet - Modern Spawn Eggs, because i enabled the new spawn egg textures, and i wanted parity with mods. Also there are a phew spawn eggs that didn't recieve texture updates but those are minimal.

And finaly, updated some mods, still no major farmer's delight and galosphere updates.
