Changes:
Ice and Fire Dragonsteel weapons and armor received a slight increase to attack and defense
Decrease the spawn rate of Techgun mobs in the nether
Decrease the spawn of lycanite mobs in half
Pam's Harvest saturation no longer applies to minecraft vanilla food
Possibility in finding ice dragon or fire dragon blood at the top of battle towers (and bauble related items)
*There may be a texture glitch for the items at the top of the tower, they are still usuable for crafting, etc*
