J.E.M.M. (Just Enough Magic Mods)

Prior Release was accidentally encoded wrong. Correctly uses a manifest.json and overrides to override config folders.

Backported to 1.12, project will continue to use this version. Allows for more freedom in mod choices, and hopefully stability since authors have had more time to find bugs.

Added mods to backport Netherite and Composter functionality.
