Main Information:

Jay's Performance Arsenal is a complete performance modpack that ensures a smoother and less problematic experience for Minecraft overall, combining the most reliable mods of different kinds (such as FastSuite, Oculus and Clumps) to fix various bugs, change unstable assets and use better ways of rendering and loading, among many other settings.

What it does:

The main highlight of this modpack is no other than Embeddium, which, apart from optimizing some of the game's settings automatically, includes a fully tweakable menu, where you can adjust things related to performance and appearance of the game to your liking.

Other mods include:

Oculus: Loads shader packs while also optimizing them.

Smooth Boot (Reloaded): Adjusts threads used for loading the game.

Entity Culling: Determines and loads only what's visible for the player.

And many more mods!

Notes:

This modpack is ensured to work with various other mods and modpacks, and it already includes all the necessary libraries for it to work.

This modpack is considered a Work in Progress by now, as it still needs to be tested and updated from time to time to see if there's mods that should be added/removed to give out the best performance possible, but by now, it has a solid base, and can give out an extremely smooth gameplay, giving out 3× times the FPS as Vanilla Minecraft in some cases.
