I would reccomend a decent GPU and CPU for this mod pack so your PC doesn't die the second a slip portal forms I reccomed 8+ GB RAM because when you run essentials with friends it turns your pc into a server so it can impact your preformance but it depends how manny people join.

32GB DDR5 @ 6000MT/s

(I get about 70 fps with IterationT shaders maxxed out at 12 chunks of render and simulation distance)
