Quickfix and request fufillment
-Added rechiseled along with its create addon, and changed recipe for chisels to not overlap other items
-Added halloween stuff
-Fixed scripts around 1.4s new items., all of which are labeled under //Update 1.4 in the scripts
-Removed the resource pack for storage drawers since it was no longer on curseforge
