Fixed FTB Quest mishaps (quests being non-repeatable)
Added movement mod, beam defense, and supplementaries, with configs all being adjusted.
Added Moonlight Library and updated all mods.
Reintroduced recipies from Aliquet Magia for supplementaries, with plans to do the reverse for that pack for this one's features.

Added a few new recipes and tags to Naturalist items to give them uses.
Made coins able to be compacted into higher tiers using a press and basin.
