Added ultimate spawners.

Added weather resource pack that improves visibility.

- Ravagers will no longers spawn, as I've disabled them. Megalith towers kept spawning them like crazy because they simply put too many spawners in the tower. So I've disabled them for now. Raids in villages should potentially still work but they may ubruptly end without giving hero of the village. (This isn't too big of a deal for me though, since it's not the focus of this pack.)

- Adjusted mob spawning with "Ultimate Spawners" mod and made it feel much more balanced/reduced mob spawns in general. 

- Adjested the weight of 1 sword to make it rarer.
