It has base building like millenaire and minecolonies. It also has Doomlike dungeons and Roguelike dungeons as well.
Included: Biomes O' Plenty, Better Animals Plus, Chisel, Bibliocraft, Deco, and tons more.
There are no mob mods in here that increase the difficulty, more of a creative playthrough.
