This modpack adds food mods, biome mods, a few mods that add structures, and big parrots. More specifically, the Farmers Delight mod allows you to find and harvest new crops, and make new foods with these crops. The Oh the Biomes You'll Go mod adds new biomes, woods, and stone types. Other mods such as Mo Structures mod and Repurposed Structures mod add and/or change buildings to find within the world. A few mods add new mobs, like the Ecologics and MegaParrots mod.
