Removed Halogen (Sodium Forge port) due to rendering issues with a number of mods... At long last, all of the bugs (Until we find new ones) have been squashed!

Optifine is the new recommended standard instead of Halogen because despite being bloated and old, it has fewer render crashes than Halogen.

We can now run the pack with texture pack/shaders at a high enough fps and low enough CPU usage that the pack is playable over 60fps.

Backport testing on progressively older hardware can begin now that it runs smoothly under high-end stress testing.

This is the last of the mod updates as all development shifts to questing, NPCs, and config files. For sanity sake mods will not be added or removed as we work on EMC and custom crafting.
