Enabled Dyn. Surroundings Frost Breath (Disabled by accident)

Disabled coords on World Map

Disabled generation of locks, because it crashed when trying to generate on top of Ice and Fire structures.

 

Fixed configs.

Added the resources bundled with the pack. Thanks to Jappa for making the 1.14 resource pack for 1.12. Also did some textures myself.

 

Deleted Realistic Fire Spread. (Most likely not compatible with No Fire Spread. Caused crashes.)
