There are many changes and additions to enchanting. You can make certain enchantments at certain machines, the enchantment table has a completely new enchanting system, and at the end, there is the better enchanting table.
Animania (along with other mods) adds in special creatures!
This modpack has Unicorns, Pegasus, and Nightmares too!
On certain days, there is a bloodmoon. These bloodmoons you can't skip, and increases the rate of mob spawns exponentially.
Bewitchment has plenty to do, just set up a proper altar and grow some crops
