IngenierOS
A simple modpack that adds some new functionalities to Minecraft Vanilla to improve the experience
IngenierOS is a light modpack designed to add some useful functionalities while making sure it can be used in low end computers without lag or reduced FPS.
Video settings are set to the lowest by default, but you can configure them to your liking. It should run without any problems on 2GB of RAM (although it is recommended to configure 3GB or 4GB if you turn up some video settings).
While keeping the game play as lag free as possible, you will also get some simple functionalities (completely optional to use) that improve experience on multiplayer games while keeping the experience very vanilla-like.
With this modpack it will be slightly easier to reach the endgame phase and will help with some of the long grinding process.
Then, it's your choice: Will you automate everything with complex redstone or will you build and decorate beautiful buildings and landscapes?
This modpack adds:
- Basic commands to set a home and teleport to it ( /trigger sethome set 1 and /trigger home set 1 )
- Graves, so you don't risk losing your items when you die. Your items will be saved in your grave when you come back to it.
- Custom heads: mobs and players drop their heads when they are killed
- Easier end farming for multiplayer servers: the End Dragon will drop and Elytra every time it is killed. Shulker will always drop 2 shells.
- Anti griefing: crops are not trampled when jumped on, creeper explosions and ghast fireballs won't destroy blocks, endermen won't steal your blocks.
- Redstone improvements: make your redstone circuits smaller with complex circuits in a single block, use some of the pre-configured logic gates, and craft a Wrench so you can rotate redstone components without needing to break and place them again.
- Setup custom villagers with special trades by egg-spawning them over a chest
- Fishing makes sense: fishing loot uses the pre-1.16 loot table
- Storage is bigger: carry more items on you with backpacks and nested inventories, use bigger chests to store more items using less space
- Create moving elevators by crafting an Elevator Controller, or just drop an enderpearl over a wool block to create a static elevator (instant teleportation to blocks above or below by jumping or sneaking)
- Improved enchanting mechanics: make use of the Enchantment Machine to customize you armor and tools with the enchantments you want.

- Update the modpack to 1.18.1 and the latest versions of all mods
