Changes
* Literally 100+ greggifying tweaks to Advanced Rocketry blocks & items (HUGE thanks to Altadoon who designed virtually all of them)
* Gravel indicators for some veins that didn't have indicators before
* Minor quest tweaks to make some tasks more lenient
* Swapped the FFS tank and GT tank prerequisites
* Fixed distillation tower/oil prerequisites out of order
* Black Gold task now requires Heavy and Light oil
* Added more oil types as valid inputs for lubricant recipes
* Deprecated an old sodium hydroxide recipe
* Added a new tip (courtesy Agrax I believe)
* Added a pressure-chamber recipe to process lapis
* Disabled a sky override in Advanced Rocketry that didn't play nice with thaumcraft
* You can now empty PC refinery by shapeless crafting it to itself
* Added basic & good circuit recipes to Advanced Rocketry precision assembler
* Drastically shrank the size of Apatite veins
* Fixed the oreAnyQuartz oredict which fixes a logic gate recipe
* Removed Iridium from Luna platinum veins
* Fix to Elevator recipes (thanks deanorhan)
* Fix to star tank recipe (thanks deanorhan)
* Oil wells are now Larger but also Rarer
* RC Tank Cart now holds 120 buckets instead of 32 or 64 (I forget)
* Replaced the recipes for Rails: few different metals, and generally a lot more efficient
