Updated UFO Future fluid quests to accept XyCraft bucket/foil

Fixed the Lightning Dragon scan issue in MFM (Minimum For Maximum) by adding the entity and its drops to mob_drops.json
Fixed the Input Bus capacity limit in the Mega Extended Compressor: recipes requiring 5,000 items (Experience Droplets, Plastic, Silicon, and Ender Pearls) have been reduced to fit within the 32-slot bus

Changed the Crystalline Singularity: now requires only 111 Crystaltine Ingots (instead of 1,111 blocks)
Changed the Industrial Grade Assembler GUI to fit all recipes on JEI
Changed Industrial Grade Assembler bulk recipes for AE2 processors and storage components from 65,536x to 1,024x allowing all input items to fit inside the bus
Changed the Bounding Box of the Industrial Grade Assembler so items won't overlap or be out of the box

Added missing singularity recipes to the Mega Avaritia Compressor: Obsidian, Amethyst, Quartz, Ice, Refined Obsidian, and Refined Glowstone
Added Pyrium ingot to the ultimate ingot craft
Added Pyrium ingot craft

Reduced the energy cost for the Scrap Box recipe in the Matter Fabricator (UFO Future) from 10.2G AE to 670M AE
