1/1/2025 (Happy New Year!) - Infinite Skies Changelog - Version 4 (Beta)!

Happy New Year everyone! Version 4 of Infinite Skies (Beta) is officially released!

This version aims to bring a few major changes to many aspects of this modpack including: progression, questing, and adding much needed content. Infinite Skies version 4, aka the Magic Update releases a TON of new content which expands on the existing modpack.

Infinite Skies as usual will continue the practice of expanding the modpack to be suitable for players of all experience, and to make this modpack as immersive as possible! Again, please leave as much feedback as possible as this helps to improve the modpack as time continues on!

Mods that were Removed in Version 4:

  • Blue Fire Burning (Does not work really well, Other mods that are capable of doing this feature as well).

Resource Packs added in Version 4:

  • Ender Dragon Revamp

Other major Changes and Bug Fixes to Version 4:

  • No major Changes, tried to resolve some texture issues, but sadly could not due to how the texture files are set up. (This includes texture issues with some of the Magic Mods and Twilght Forest).
  • Added new Optional Chapters in Quest Book such as artifacts, additional dimensions, a Magic Section, etc.!

Future Changes/Upcoming Plans for Version 5!

  • Expansion and revision of Modpack by adding wanted or desired mods that fit into the realm of application towards Infinite Skies
  • Incorporation of Custom Boss Music for Wither and Ender Dragon
  • Further Revisions on Quest Line, adding rewards and expanding on more optional chapters
  • Potential new Crafting Recipes brought back like the God Apple (Enchanted Golden Apple).
