Open "startserver"
Wait for Mods to install

Accept the Eula by typing "true" in the command prompt (blue text will show)
This will start the server
Join your server a play !
Updating a Server (BACKUP YOUR WORLD!!!)
Copy the new "server-setup-config.yaml" to your current server
Run "startserver"
Wait for Mods to install
Wait For forge to install
This will start the server
