Infected Dungeons

Removed astral sorcery, unfortunately reachfix doesnt work with it, and too many mods rely on reachfix. Adjusted some configs, added a few items for starting items. This is mostly a version I know works for someone who's adding a bit of code for armor. This should be the last of 2 beta versions before final release!
