Mostly a minor updates

- A few mods updated, this should specifically help with ChocolateQuest Dungeons for lag-related issues. 

- Adjusted a few mobs to make mid-game not as terrible.

- Adjusted sleep regeneration rate slightly.

- Sleep only requires 66% of players now instead of 70%.

- Dungeon spawn chances are adjusted some, maybe fewer castles will spawn now and more of other dungeons.
