Fixed Wizardry Fates not allowing players to pick a domain, you now spawn with this book too, but it's crafting recipe has been updated to be hard to make as you can overwrite your domain.
- Added an adjustment for ice and fire. Hoping it fixes an odd bug, may need to update later.

- Allowed players to cast any spell at novice level. After that it's determined by your domain and sub-domains
