This pack is aimed at those that want technology, but not full to the brim with tech mods.
The tech mods that are installed; EnderIO, Thermal Expansion, Mekanism and Immersive Engineering all bring their own features to the pack, Thermal for instance is easy to start, while having some great upgrade packs, compare that to Mekanism, a tech mod more aimed at end-game due to its ability to quintuple ores and use of several different types of gases. The pack also comes with several beautification mods like Chisel and Better Foliage, which allow for hundreds of new block designs based on mostly vanilla blocks plus making leaves and grass just look nicer respectively. Not even mentioning the classic biome mod: Biomes O' Plenty, adding countless new and interesting biomes.
Oh and some optimising mods to make the game not freak out.
