Include is based on hard surviving and modern life, there is guns, tanks, planes, tech and other op pvp weapons.
you can not survive its super hard, one of the reasons is complicated healing.
If you want an real challenge try hardcore in this modpack.
quick tip make a lot of different guns at the start so you can find your favorite one.
