A modpack for multiplayer mostly but can still be fun in singleplayer

It has mods like... well you know ice and fire, create, tinkers constructs, coldsweat and other mods to make surviving in a world much harder than normal. And it offeres a pretty good survival experience by enchancing your skills and makes you create different strategies to kill or capture the creatures that roam the lands.
