-Removed Proven Shovel from all quest rewards
-Removed Quern quest reward from Grottol and replaced it
-Increased Betweenlands player mob cap from 130 to 170
Fixes
-Removed Compressed Food block permanently to prevent crashes
-Removed Proven Shovel crafting recipe so that players can't get it in survival due to it causing crashes
-Fixed some key Beyond the Veil blocks from being picked up to prevent progression glitches
