What's new
Added Integrated Dynamics and relative add-ons, OreBerries, Ores Above Diamonds, Bad Mobs, Colossal Chests, Ore Excavator, Randomium Ore, Item Collectors, More Mob variants mods.
Added again Divine RPG mod; its mobs should not be allowed to spawn (it is blocked by Bad Mobs mod), but it didn't seem to work, so if you are encountering crashes, please let me know and either disable it or put your gamemode in peaceful.
Pmmo's exponential leveling formula has been simplified, and now it requires 1/2.5 xp to level up.
All mods have been updated.
Forge version has been updated to last (45.0.58)
