Misc:
- added new dragon traits
- updated dragon manual
- fixed music not playing, added new music
- dragon hunters will be shooting refined dragon root arrows from now on
- added new httyd-based bosses
- screaming, whispering deaths + graveknappers now able to dig tunnels
- Some non-monstrous nightmare and non-skrill dragons that have a fire cloak/ lightning coat ability, will not have it anymore, with some exceptions (no more stormcutter that is set on fire) (wip)
- Some boulder class dragons have a dragon root resistance now (wip)
- Dragons will now fight back if hit by player with dragonguard origin instead of fleeding (same goes for pillagers if hit bu dragon hunters)
