Horizon Hunters

Horizon Hunters is a simple modpack where you take your great adventures between different dimensions of the world.
What's new
Removed some problematic mods from the modpack to get rid of bugs. I also added some major performance mods here because the other versions didn't have them. I also added some other mods including some of mine to see what people think of them. I also added some photos of stuff that is interesting.
