Farming and quality of life mods to aid in daily playtime.

Decoration mods like Macaw's and Bits & Chisels.
Finally, performance mods to help out low end computers.
Factions:
You can join an existing faction or start your own.
Each faction has theme they stick to for building and decor.
You can start wars with other factions, but don't go overboard.
