Changed Pewter configs to account for Tinkers' Evolution being added, tools currently using the old Pewter materials will likely end up broken and will need to be fixed with JEI and Cheat mode. Enabled Ice and Fire's speed-too-fast remover option to hopefully prevent console spam and rubberbanding on mounts.
