📢 HESCraft 1.11 — Discord Update and Other Bits
This update focuses on Discord integration, survival improvements, and structural changes to the modpack files.
✨ Main Menu Redesign

The main menu screen has been redesigned to make starting your HESCraft session clearer and easier.

Added Discord integration directly into the menu for quicker access to the community and updates.
🧊 Survival Expansion
Added Tough As Nails
This introduces additional survival mechanics:

Thirst system
-
Temperature system (heat and cold)
These mechanics were chosen after discussions within the Discord community to make survival more immersive and challenging.
📦 Modpack Structure Changes

Extra files such as saves and example worlds are no longer included in the main modpack file.

In the Files section on CurseForge

In the Extras section of the Discord server

This keeps the main modpack smaller and easier to maintain.

Added a default options configuration file.

This disables certain shader hotkeys that were interfering with firearm controls.
