What is it? Heroes VS Crooks is a modded server based pack. This pack consists of around thirty mods. These mods are not minor three-day completing mods. These mods are big fun mods. The choosing of mods for this pack was very challenging. We had to keep in mind of people with low-end PCs, and we had to make sure there was enough content for everyone. Through all of this, we also had to have three balanced paths. These paths are Heroes, Villains, and Crooks. Each one of these has a few mods and many different ranges of fun.
This mod pack is server about playtime and loyalty. Player-time rewards players, not money. Of course, we still have donation packages solely to pay for the server prices, but these packages do not give you items that are end game related. These items may very well boost your experience These elements are randomized, so it is not a guaranteed major boost.
When you connect to the Official Server, a GUI is shown to you when you first log in. This GUI will have three options. These three options are simple to the first glance. Hero, Crook, or Villain. Each of these paths seals your fate on the server. These paths determine what your playstyle is and how you shall act on the server. Earning Official Characters is through loyalty and playtime. If you are a kind person on the server with over two days worth of playtime, this will raise chances to be an official role. These roles can be Villain based or Hero based. Many of the Crook roles are unofficial but are still crucial.
Playing as an Official Role sets an example for the server. These official roles are based on Suits in the mod pack but are not limiting other players from using those said suits. There is also official teams such as "The Avengers" these teams have been decided beforehand of what characters are on each of them. These teams will sometimes have scheduled wars against each other or villains. The official characters and teams may bend and play as the lore states, but it must not be completely discarded.
We guarantee this mod pack has something to fit your playstyle. Many of our mods were picked for the sole reason to put a variety of mods into the pack. That way this pack can be a long term fun fest for all of the players who join. Not only do we have a variety of mods, but these mods all work well together to provide a high fps experience.
