Updated to 1.19.2

Almost complete re-work and a lot of new mods, major differences include:

-Combat overhaul, weapons are swung similar to souls game style

-several tech mods have ben updated or not at all so there are three major ones at the moment (may change soon)

-Several magic mods have been added, all have similar yet different mechanics and I might remove some if they are too similar, but the variety adds some options

-weapons and enchantments have been added and changed quite a bit, most levelled enchants are single level enchants that make it less cumbersome to add every level and to encourage build variety (Enchancement)

-many more dimensions have been added, explore each and grow in strength!

I'll probably change this pack mostly by adding configs and merge some unnecessary duplicate items like the sheer amount of tin ore types
