Helios

First version of Helios!

This is the initial version of Helios, thus being an experimental version with much more planned.

As of now, Origins and Origins: Classes are not present due to several default origins being incompatible with the theme of the modpack.

Origins will be added down the line after the direction of the pack is further evaluated and custom origins are created
