A selection of mods to play on Minecraft Java. I created this mod pack to make it easy to distribute to family and friends, though you are welcome to use it too.
The modpack is targeted at making Minecraft more fun for kids aged 8 and up. You can start with the world being pretty easy - mostly focused on building neat buildings, having a bunch of animals (including baby animals!), variations of armor and trinkets, and only advance to more difficult and immersive experiences if desired. There was also some effort put into removing annoyances - like limited storage and to make common tasks easier (vein mining, felling a whole tree).
