Removed Quark as it was causing a nbt strung error

- Removed (The Knocker)
- Removed The Disturbed
Will eventually try to add more dwellers but until I can figure out how to add them without the server either crashing on start up or sending nbt errors, this is the complete modpack.
DO NOT TRY TO JOIN WITH THE OTHER RELEASES!! IT WILL GIVE YOU AN NBT STRING IS NULL ERROR!!!!!
