Welcome to hater's construct! In this modpack, you literally cannot make tools the "good" old way, you need to tinker, to make parts, to combine them, to even cast metals, and much more. 

TINKER'S CONSTRUCT

You now need to make each tool part individually, and combine them to make your tools. Along with new tools, the enchantment system is complately thrown out the window. You now need spesific items depending on the enchantment you want, to, well, enchant. 

ORIGINS

Tired of origins that don't feel like you have a reason to pick? These bad boys are (hopefully) nothing like em.

CREATE

Now, un-renewable things like knightsteel are renewable via create, and this ain't no kitchen sink, you cannot even make a furnace without making andesite alloy, though you do need steel for more advanced machines.
