Halloween Tonight

Quests: Fixed tetra quest, fishing now generates tokens to track your progress, Binx now accepts fishing tokens, added hordes control late game quest

Mobs- tried to fix phantom control- should now only spawn late game, changed hordes- should be much less dangerous early game and very slowly progress making it more cozy

Config- removed long night possibility (maybe intereference with hordes) IF this was a problem stalling your play as noted by impending doom preventing sleep for multiple nights, delete your hordes dat file to reset hordes (minecraft/instances/halloween_tonight/saves/[your_world_name]/data/ hordes.dat  ==delete that hordes.dat will reset your hordes progress and will start the new configs)
