Gunners Life v2

a chilled modpack, gunner playstyle focused

NOW VERSION 2

A modpack focused mostly on guns/ with minor exploration. Copper will be more reliable with the More Useful Copper mod. A very small fishing add on (Let's Do Lures) for that bit of water-based exploration and Basic Magick (find in the controls section) to give you speed and slow fall when you need it.

PLEASE NOTE: if the wandering trader can leave mod (by Serlium) doesn't show, its most likly youre using version 1.1 when you need to downgrade to 1.0

When you start up for the first time, i suggest you turn FOV Effects in the Accessability menu down to 0 because of Basic Magick's speed effect and in Video Settings set Darkness Level to Darkness (equip a lantern to your belt)

The core mods are

Just Enough Guns (Main Weapons)

Tinker's Construct (Tools and Armour)

Chisled/Chipped as the main deco mods

Croptopia (Main food)

Cooking & Farming for Blockheads (centraised cooking and seed acquisition)

Relics and Bountiful Baubles as trinkets

The Dawn of Time mods for variety

Refined Storage for late game storage

I added in the sulphur and phosphorus mod to help generate more gunpowder, becasue the gun partrols will take you out if youre not the most attentive person (like me lol) and has Basic Magick as well for some extra speed and slow falling when you need it.

 

General combat will be a bit nastier, with gunner patrols, the enchanced AI mod so zombies can mine up from under your house now and (idk why) but ive noticed more enemies in general so ammo will be your friend, be sure to craft a new pickaxes before you leave and put 'em in ya backpack and make some good meals lol.
