Features:

 

(Dungeon Difficulty)
Certain areas now have higher difficulty and spawn stronger mobs. Here, loot that drops or spawns in chests is buffed with higher stats.

 

(Spellblades and Such)
Spellblades have been reworked with a new Spellstrike, which casts spells on hit instead of normally. Ephemeral Edge is untouched/

 

(Hexblade)
Magister set now gives flat Magic Resistance instead of attack damage, and has a lower bonus to damage
Hexblade animation improvements

 

(ANARCHY)
Adventurers have non-hostile animations now
Improved responsiveness of /guildHideout and /leaveGuildHideout commands
Allied adventurers now follow at a consistent speed among one another
Fixed many targeting issues with Allied adventurers

 

(Waystones)
You can now access Waystones from an in inventory menu, with a cooldown.

 

(Mercenaries and Artificers)
Bundle of Salvaging can salvage all repairable items now

 

(Primal Druidry)
Ancestral Warrior's Ancestral Totem no longer summons ancestors, and now only summons shockwaves. It is now called Shockwave Totem.

 

(Misc)
Quests have been cleaned up considerably, and now require less tedium in general
Starting Quests now give a lot more items based on your response, making early game easier especially for Mages, who felt lacking in gear
Players now have a clientside light radius depending on their current health
Nights are now much darker, becoming completely dark at a new moon
Added a lunge to every melee attack with a weapon
Dungeons Perspective has improved smart melee targeting, and is turned on by default
Skill tree has better icons

 

Balance:

 

Nerfs:
Lowered player self movement while attacking from 0.5 to 0.25
Movement Speed bonus lowered from 40% to 20%
Sprint Speed bonus lowered from 60% to 25%
Horse Speed bonus lowered from 100% to 40%
Avatar of (x) Devotion passives lowered from 60% to 40%
Herald of (x) Devotion passives lowered from 100% to 60%
Basic Skills damage increased by 50%
Natural Regen starts twice as late as before, and is 1/5 of previous value
Reabsorption rate lowered to 1/5 of previous
Twice as much armor and toughness as before is required to receive the same amount of damage reduction
Enchanting Orbs now require 3 levels to enchant, and use your current level, up to 30.

 

Buffs:
Blessed Armor bonus increased to 40% from 20%
Last Stand correctly gives 40 Endurance (Previously 20)
Resolute Technique damage reduction increased to 30% (previously 20%)
Reckless Defense increased damage taken decreased to 15% (Previously 20%)
One with Nothing now doubles your Magic Resistance (It previously had little to no effect)

 

Mixed:
Imbalanced Guard (Now Innate Toughness) doubled flat toughness, but penalty increased to -75% Armor.
The Only Winning Move is now Loaded Dice, and provides Always Crit, -100% Spell Critical Damage.
Wandering Adventurers spawn rates doubled
Campfires no longer burn nearby enemies
Spawncap reduced from 135 to 110
