Gud Mods 2

Added a bunch of new mods (not all of them are mentioned in these patch notes).

Added a Mod list to the Projects Description.

Added the Tesseract mod for wireless power.

Added the Electrodynamics mod.

Added the Integrated Tunnels mod.

Removed Refined Storage since it was clashing with Applied energetics 2.

Improved performance by adding Rubidium which is a fork of the Sodium mod for Fabric that is basically Optifine without the shader support (you can add the Oculus mod yourself, only reason I didn't include Oculus by default is because it caused the modpack to crash before it even hit the main menu, but it might work in the future, if you want shaders, just remove rubidium and then add Optifine).
