Mod List Update:

Added RightClickHarvest for quick crop harvesting and automatic replanting.
Added Mod Menu for easy access to installed mod information.
Added Visual Workbench to display items left inside crafting tables.
Added Iris Shaders for enhanced graphics and shader support.

Hotfix:

Fixed a missing mod from the previous changelog. NetherPortalFix was added in the last update but was accidentally left out of the notes. Sorry about that!
