From this position of the magic Mod changed to comic relief, is the degree of difficulty of the recipe changed to vanilla. That was down its fundamental concept is a ModPack as to why GregTech to the main concept going.
It decided to add a dedicated Mod from this version. Its name is RefindCraft. Further links to look at.

今回から魔術Modの位置付けは息抜きへと変更され、レシピの難易度はバニラに変更した。理由として、GregTechをメインコンセプトとするModPackの筈だが、その根本的なコンセプトが崩れていたからである。
それと、今回のバージョンから専用のModを追加する事にした。その名もRefindCraftだ。詳しい事はリンク先を見て欲しい。
