  - Reworked Create Coasters recipes:
      - replaced kelp in coaster cart with GTCEu minecart wheels;
      - changed coaster rivet production to lathe processing;
      - changed balloon recipe to use rubber plates and string;
      - reworked minecart recipes around wrought iron/steel plates and GTCEu cart wheels;
      - removed conflicting minecart recipes from TFC forge and GTCEu assembler;
      - made coaster cart require steel cart wheels and cart assembler;
      - replaced coaster track nugget input with steel rods.

  - Fixed GTCEu raw coke oven bricks so they can be fired through TFC-style charcoal pit heating.
  - Removed simple ingot-to-nugget crafting recipes.
  - Reworked nugget forming around chisel + ingot and TFC anvil recipes.
  - Added Analog Radio integration with more realistic recipes.
  - Reworked Analog Audio recipes for more realistic early radio/audio progression.
  - Reworked Vista and Exposure recipes where needed.
  - Fixed recipes where TFC tools were consumed instead of damaged.

  - Added universal conversion for crafting recipes that use TFC-compatible tools:
      - shaped recipes now use TFC advanced shaped crafting;
      - shapeless recipes now use TFC advanced shapeless crafting;
      - tools now receive crafting damage instead of disappearing.

  - Started GTCEu duplicate tool cleanup:
      - removed duplicate GTCEu hand tools for metals covered by TFC/TFC addon metal progression;
