UPDATE 3.7! - Pandora production line

-add Pandora production line (LuV - ZPM, for Large Assembler/Circuit Assembler, faster & better wafers from chemical reactor, Research Station and Optical Cable and for Dyson Multiblocks)

-add Gloomstone line (IV, for the last wafer from chemical reactor, Undergarden theme)

-buff Precision Laser Engraver (now little bit faster than normal singleblocks, 15 input hatches, no longer requires to be in cleanroom)

-add back Powah cables (they are expensive to compensate for lossless energy transfer)

-nerf Pipez energy cable recipe to be more expensive for the same reason

-fix Ad Astra's netherite space suit availability from early IV to as soon as you can get it to be more in line with the mod progression, and rename it

-fix the no-mining script to allow undergarden ore mining

-fix the recipe of Fiber-Reinforced Printed Circuit Board + Pixie Dust (LuV) to require Cleanroom as it should
