UPDATE 3.4! - EV botania gregification

-redo Extra Botanical Machinery recipes (most important - you can get Greenhouse at the start of the mod progression, it greatly helps with mana, check the reworked quest page)

-nerf a lot of Botania-related recipes, mainly HNN for Wither (nether stars for Wither Aconite) and Gaia Guardian (for Gaia Souls)

-buff chance to get EMC-able dusts (from 0.1% to 2%)

-add Advanced AE Assembler for all your AE needs (unlocks in LuV)

-add Angel Ring (unlockable in EV, alternative to AdvancedAE flight)

-remove AE2 silicon to GT silicon blocks

-change the recipe of Extreme Voltage Coil (platinum wire -> titanium wire)

-buff Clean Farmland (again)

-fix Vile Heart line

-fix Enchantment Infuser recipe

-fix Pellet Mold recipe

-redo some quests
