UPDATE 2.1! - Overall work

-remove Thermal, instead of it add 3 GT machines that do the same thing, they are just better stylistically, steam age is still skippable (Thermal is completely removed from the pack, your machines WILL get deleted upon joining the world!)

-add improved recipes in ULV, especially for Wrought Iron (idea of n1xx1 and Ruesselvieh123)

-add UHV Parallel Controller, it has 1024 max parallels

-add logic that when converter is placed, it automatically changes to FE -> EU converter state (this is from StarT - you guys are goats)

-add UHV motor, pump, emitter, field generator and sensor and incorporate them into UHV and AVARITIA recipes

-change recipes for rods, now they give you 2 instead of 1 and 2 small dusts

-change Star Maykr recipes to be shorter timewise

-add work on quests

-add Packing Tape for carrying machines around
