-Updated some Mods
-Removed some unnecesary Mods, mostly librarys
-Added a Artifacts Mod
-Changed some Enhanced AI Config Bits
-DISABLED IRIS, RE-ENABLE (and turn on the shader compat setting in the cataclysm config) IF YOU WISH TO USE SHADERS
