Mostly bug fixes and balancing, but they are important ones!

IMPORTANT: The mod "Iron Backpack" is replaced by another backpack mod in this version, if you already have a backpack from Iron Backpack, please take all items out of it to avoid item loss. All iron backpacks will be deleted once you update. Also make sure to keep a backup of your save file just in case.

* Backpack mod is replaced by SimplyBackpacks
* Removed chunk pregeneration mod
* Rebalanced some quest rewards
* Refactored some code
* Fixed some bugs that only occur in servers
* Removed flux infusion modifier (sorry it was way too buggy)
* Fixed the Last Guard can be triggered even without the modifier
* Reduced hunger consumption
* Fixed some weird EMC values
* Reworked some unbalanced tinker's traits
