Gray Vanilla

A semi-vanilla experience for use on the Grayfruit's Harvest Discord Minecraft Server

This pack aims to be a mostly vanilla experience with only a minor amount of mods that mesh well with the vanilla feel. They add ease of life features as well as expand on existing vanilla systems, such as Redstone.

All mods are intended to be vanilla friendly while still adding fun new content, such as the additional Redstone and hopper compatible content, or the furnus mod which adds new yet familiar ore processing. The quark mod is a fine example of this vanilla friendly idealism.

Thermal foundation has been included to bolster the progression tiers of tools, but the other modules of the thermal expansion mod have been excluded to not ruin the vanilla feel. Steel production, as well as coal coke smelting, has been patched in using CraftTweaker. Additional missing recipes are being identified and assessed as time goes on and will be added in later updates if deemed necessary, as not all items in thermal foundation necessarily fit the vanilla feel, though most do.

This pack was designed for players with poor computers, but who still want a bit more punch than vanilla Minecraft offers without having to struggle to run resource-heavy modpacks.
